Prepare:

+ Plain rice flour, tapioca flour, corn starch, water, 1/4 teaspoon, 4 teaspoons cooking oil.

Doing:

+ Mix powder according to the ratio: 4 water -1 rice flour - 1/2 tapioca flour - 1/2 potato flour

+ Mix all powders with water according to the recipe, then incubate for about 4 hours. During the incubation period, every 1-2 hours, remember to drain the water on the surface of the bowl. This step will make the cake softer and more delicious.

+ The filling: then the pork, mushrooms, scallions are washed and chopped, then fried and seasoned to taste.

+ Coating the cake: Put the hot non-stick pan on the stove until it is hot, then turn to medium heat, then scoop the mixed batter into the pan to evenly coat the surface of the pan into a medium layer. When the dough has puffed up, you take the cake out and add the filling and roll.

How to make traditional rice cakes

Preparation materials:

+ 500g rice flour, 50g lime powder, 50g tapioca starch, 1 liter of water, 1-2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, peanuts (peanuts)

How to make the cake:

+ Peanuts are soaked for about 3 hours, then washed, boiled with a little water. Then rinse with water and dry.

+ Mix lime with filtered water for lime to settle down to extract the clear lime water.

+ Put the prepared powders with lime water in the top and stir well.

+ Put the pot on the stove and cook on medium heat, then reduce the heat gradually, always stirring constantly for about 30 minutes. When the dough has thickened to a light brown color, add the cooked peanuts and stir for another 5 minutes.
